7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

8. International Fulfillment
8.1 Shipping from international facilities: You acknowledge that all items ordered on this site are shipped directly by third-party facilities located internationally to your U.S. delivery address.
8.2 Pricing: All prices displayed on the site are in U.S. dollars and include free standard shipping to U.S. addresses. The total price payable is shown before you confirm your order.
8.3 No unexpected fees: The vast majority of U.S. orders are delivered without any additional charges to you. In the rare event that any charge is assessed by a carrier or authority in connection with an international shipment, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
9. Right to Cancel and Returns
As a goodwill policy, Velourfashion gives you an extended window of 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The steps for making a return are described in our Return Policy.
10. Warranties
We are committed to delivering products that conform to their description. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to applicable law.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@velourfashion.com, describing the defect and attaching photos. The resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be arranged with you at no cost to you where required by law.
