30 Days to Change Your Mind

You have a full 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in like-new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached (exactly as you received it).

How to Return Something

Please email us before shipping your package so we can register your return.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll then provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Be sure to include your order number inside the package so we can match it to your order quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), in which case we cover it.

Tip: Use a trackable shipping service. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee a refund if your package is lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velourfashion.com, including:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the problem,
  • clear photos of the product.

We'll then offer you a suitable solution: a replacement, an exchange, or a refund, depending on your preference and availability.

How Refunds Work

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving and approving your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

On your bank or card statement, the charge may appear as "velourfashion" or a similar descriptor associated with our payment processor.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, processing, and inventory handling.

The same 15% restocking fee applies to:

  • Unopened packages
  • Parcels refused upon delivery
  • Parcels left unclaimed and automatically returned to us

Exceptions: The restocking fee may be waived only if the item arrived damaged or defective. Each case is reviewed individually.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be finalized by your bank or payment provider

The 15% restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Optional insured shipping selected at checkout is non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.

Once processing has begun, cancellation requests are no longer guaranteed and may be refused depending on the status of the order.

After delivery, a return may be requested in accordance with this policy.

Approved cancellation requests submitted after the 30-minute cancellation window may be subject to an 8% processing and restocking fee to cover payment processing, handling, and operational costs already incurred.

Exchanges

Would you prefer an exchange rather than a refund? No problem, subject to availability.

Please contact us first to confirm that the size or color you want is in stock before sending your return.

Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. When this is the case, it is clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders ship with free standard shipping. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping.
