30 days to change your mind

You have a full 30 days from the moment you receive your package to send it back to us.

For us to accept the return, the item must be as new: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached (exactly as received).

This policy respects and extends the legal right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code (article L.221-18). Velourfashion voluntarily offers you 30 days, a more generous window than the legal minimum.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when the error is ours (incorrect, damaged or defective item), in which case we cover them.

Tip: Use a delivery service with tracking. Without tracking, if the package is lost, we cannot guarantee the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a broken or defective item, or one that differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velourfashion.com, attaching:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the problem,
  • clear photos of the product.

We will then offer you a suitable solution: a replacement, an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference and availability.

How refunds work

Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund via the payment method used for the order.

Processing takes on average no more than 7 days after receipt and validation of the return. How long it takes to appear on your bank statement can vary depending on your bank.

On your bank statement, the charge may appear as "velourfashion" or a similar label linked to our payment provider.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange rather than a refund? No problem, subject to available stock.

Contact us first to check the availability of the size or color you'd like before sending your return.

What we can't take back

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. When that's the case, it is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
